The August 2024 forms also have been updated by CBA-CLE to enhance the form field functionality. Here's what you need to know about the new form fields:
- Restrict Editing is turned on so that you can quickly fill out the form fields and it must be turned on in order to enter text in the greyed-out text boxes. Simply turn off Restrict Editing to edit the content of the form (instructions are in the PDF Slideshow below).
- Quickly fill out the form fields using your keyboard: the tab button advances to the next form field, shift + tab to return to a previous form field, and the spacebar will X a checkbox.
- The forms are now saved as Word Macro-Enabled Templates. They can be utilized two ways: double click the document to open a copy of the template which you will have to rename and save, or right click on the document and select Open to open the master template.
