How do I pay?
1. Click “CLE DASHBOARD” (the red box in the upper right-hand corner) and enter your username and password.
2. Once logged in, scroll down to the red “DASHBOARD-AT-A-GLANCE" heading and click the My Account box on the far right.
3. Under the Your Account heading, click Transaction History where you will see an invoice highlighted in pink.
4. Click the Invoice number and enter your payment information.
What electronic books are available?
Our Print + Digital and Digital Only purchase options each come with a digital copy of the book and any related forms. Supplements are sold à la carte and do not come with a digital copy. Digital copies are currently only available in PDF format. Please note not every book includes forms.
How do I access the digital copy?
1. Log in to the CLE Dashboard.
2. Scroll down until you see DASHBOARD-AT-A-GLANCE.
3. Click on the BOOKS tab and find the title.
4. Click on the book icon labeled Download. The product will download as a zip file.
Why are the PDFs in zip format?
This format makes it easier to open the product on multiple devices. It is also easier to access forms and exhibits.
How do I open the zip file?
1. Save the downloaded .zip file to your hard drive
2. Right click on the file and select Extract All – this will open an extraction wizard.
3. Click Next and then select the location to extract the files to on your computer.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Next to begin the extraction process.
6. Click Finish when complete.
7. You will now have a folder on your hard drive containing a PDF version of your book and, if applicable, a folder with Word and PDF versions of the accompanying forms.
How do I open and edit PDFs in IOS?
We recommend a third-party app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or PDF Expert to open and edit the forms included with the book.
How long is Pre-Order pricing available?
Pre-Order pricing is only available for a limited time. The exact dates the discounted pricing is valid will be in your Pre-Order Notice.
I missed the Pre-Order pricing window, but I’d still like to order the book. Will you honor the Pre-Order pricing still?
Pre-Order pricing is only available for a limited time. Once the Pre-Order window closes, the book will be charged at the full price.
I think I should be on the Pre-Order Notice list, but I haven’t gotten a notification. How can I check on this?
There could be a few reasons for this. You also may have been removed from the list if you have returned the publication in the past. Also, if you are part of a firm with a librarian, please check with your librarian to see if you were included in the firm account's order. What happened to the auto supplementation and auto renewal services?
Our auto supplementation and auto renewal lists have been transferred to a new program called the Pre-Order Notice.
What’s the difference between the auto supplementation/renewal and Pre-Order Notice?
Auto supplementation/auto renewal refers to a program which would automatically ship updated materials with a discounted invoice unless a customer opted out of the updates. Pre-Order Notices inform customers of limited-time discounted pricing for their favorite books. Customers must complete their purchase before receiving any products.
How will I know when an updated publication is about to be released?
If you have purchased a book, you will be placed on our Pre-Order Notice list. When we are in production on an update for that publication, we will send you a notice informing you of the release date and how to order the book with a limited time discount. After you complete the purchase, we will send you the update as soon as it is in stock.
What if I purchase a book and it gets an update right away?
Don’t worry! If you purchase a book and an update to that publication is released within 60 days of when you placed your order, we will send you the update free of charge.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders for printed publications with standard shipping typically arrive within 3-4 business days. Please note that we only ship orders that are paid in full. Digital products will deliver to your CLE Dashboard after payment has been completed.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your book purchase, you may return the product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund (not including shipping & handling). Please return the product in original condition. Supplements should be returned with the shrink-wrap unopened.

May I claim CLE credits if I write for one of your books?
Yes. Fill out a Form 6 and submit it to the Colorado Supreme Court. There is not a cap for the number of credits you may apply for.
Can I share book PDFs with other attorneys in my office?
No. These products are intended for a SINGLE USER only and multiple users cannot submit for CLE credit. Your use of CBA-CLE products indicates your acceptance of this single-user license.
Products of CBA-CLE include: fillable forms, event course materials, CD homestudies, Video-on-Demand homestudies, MP3 Audio file homestudies, book PDFs, and Live Webcasts.
