CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION IN COLORADO – CBA-CLE

COVID in its varying forms is now with us for the long haul and we are guided by protocols addressing this reality. Our protocols set out here are subject to change at any time depending upon federal, state, county, and local requirements and recommendations.

Health Authorities

Our primary guide to permitted in-person gatherings and protocols attendant to those gatherings will come from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (“CDPHE”) and county and local restrictions and orders. We will also closely consider guidance from the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) in establishing in-person meeting protocols.

Guidelines

For all in-person events, all CDPHE, county, and local restrictions and public health orders must be strictly followed.

For your own safety, the safety of others, and in an effort to provide everyone with the most rewarding in-person meeting and event experiences possible, we request that you attend a CBA, DBA, or CLE meeting or event only if you have been fully vaccinated. Mask wearing is up to personal preference and comfort level. Masks may be required in some clinic settings. Please be cognizant and understanding of others’ preferences and courteous to all attendees.

Considerations Regarding Meetings/Events at Venues/Facilities Not Controlled by CBA/DBA/CLE

Meeting or event planners/chairs must confirm with the venue that all CDPHE, county, and local restrictions and public health orders will be strictly followed and monitored by the venue.
