What is the CBA-CLE Pass?
With a CBA-CLE Pass you can access Colorado-based, world-class training and resources at the best price. We offer a Basic Pass and an Elite Pass, and special pricing for firms, groups of solo and small firm attorneys, attorneys in their first five years of practice, and individuals over the age of 65. You can compare the different passes and pricing here.

How long does the CBA-CLE Pass run?
12 months from your date of purchase. You will receive a renewal notice before your Pass expires.

Can I cancel my CBA-CLE Pass before the end of the 12-month term?
No. The contract term is for 12 months and all sales are final.

How does the CBA-CLE Pass work?
When purchasing a webinar, home study, conference or publication, you will visit the CLE Calendar, and log in to be recognized as a pass holder. Your pass pricing will automatically be utilized, even if that pricing is $0. After you check out, you can view your registration/purchase on your CLE Dashboard.

What is the CLE Dashboard?
The CLE Dashboard, accessed from the CBA-CLE home page, is the core of your personal experience with our programming and publications. After you login you can select your legal interests so you stay up-to-date with your practice, download home studies and course materials, and access Supreme Court course ID numbers.

How is the CBA-CLE Pass different than those offered by other providers?
Many pass or bundle products offered by other providers do not include Colorado-specific content, or they restrict the number of credits and seminars that are included.  CBA-CLE programs and publications are taught and written by dedicated and experienced Colorado-focused lawyers and professionals. Our CBA-CLE Elite Pass includes access to a large library of live programming and on-demand home studies, opportunities to network with the Colorado legal community, and discounts on our publications. You can compare the different passes and pricing here.

How do I sign up for the CBA-CLE Pass?
Click here to sign up for an individual Basic or Elite Pass. Lawyers in their first five years of practice, attorneys aged 65+ and law firms or groups of solo-small firm attorneys should email or call (303) 824-5372.

What if I cannot attend a portion of or full live program?
Almost all our live programs are recorded as a home study in video-on-demand and/or MP3 audio that can be accessed at your convenience. Most home studies are available 2-3 weeks after the live program.

Is the CBA-CLE Pass transferable?
No. The CBA-CLE Pass is non-transferable.

May I register at the door for a live seminar if I didn't pre-register?
We encourage passholders to pre-register to ensure we can properly serve and accommodate all attendees, but we know that schedules are a moving target and allow attendees to register at the door, if seats are available the day of the program.

Are there discounts for volume purchasers or multi-user purchasers?
Yes! Law firms of all sizes may receive a volume discount. Groups of solo and small firm practitioners are also eligible for a discount. View our firm pricing tiers, and/or email or call (303) 824-5372.

Is the CBA-CLE Pass just for attorneys?
No. Any individual, including paralegals, legal assistants, and other professionals, are welcome to purchase and utilize a CLE pass.
