About the Book:

Skiing, as a sport and recreational activity, has helped shape Colorado's vibrant tourism industry. In doing so, it has also impacted the state's legal landscape. How do you balance the rights and obligations of the ski operators, who provide access to this potentially risky pastime, against the rights and responsibilities of the people who pursue it? An Overview of Colorado Ski Law offers a concise summary of Colorado's legislative efforts to define that balance and includes cases that have interpreted and impacted the resulting legislation. Attorneys across Colorado will find this volume to be a useful resource.

CLE was privileged to work with authors Emily Giometti and Sean Conrecode, and especially pleased that they joined long-time CLE author, Gregory R. Giometti, to complete this first edition.
