YLD Litigation Nuts and Bolts: Trial Skills - Webinar

Whether you are brand new to the practice or a seasoned trial attorney, it's always useful to hear new perspectives on trial skills. Learn the tips and tricks that our faculty of experienced trial attorneys have picked up over their years of experience. We'll cover jury selection, opening and closing statements, direct, cross, and expert examinations, and the application of the rules of evidence on the day of trial.
