In “Widening Our Lens: The Importance of Our Identity in the Legal Profession,” Aurora Archer and Alyssa Johnson, Esq., will host an engaging and informative conversation on how identity shapes the legal field and its role in enhancing our abilities as competent, effective lawyers. This CLE will build foundational knowledge of diversity, self-awareness about social identities and intersectionality, and their critical tie to establishing an organization where all identities can thrive. Participants will leave with heightened awareness of their own social identities, how they operate and have implications on how we navigate our world and workplaces, and transferable skills to apply in their lives and careers.
