Well-Being By Design: Creating Legal Workplaces Where Everyone Can Thrive - In Person

Colorado Supreme Court Well-Being Recognition Program

This half-day symposium brings together legal leaders, practitioners, and well-being advocates to move beyond awareness and into action. Designed for anyone shaping the culture of legal work — from firm and department leaders to solo practitioners — our spring symposium focuses on what actually makes well-being initiatives effective, inclusive, and sustainable.

Through interactive sessions, real-world examples, and facilitated conversation, participants will explore practical strategies for strengthening individual well-being, improving team dynamics, and embedding care into everyday legal practice. Attendees will leave with concrete ideas, renewed connection, and a clearer sense of how small, intentional changes can create meaningful impact across the profession.

CLE CREDITS: The live program has been submitted for General CLE Credits, including Ethics/Professionalism Credits.

The program is accredited in Colorado. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee's responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.

Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.  Please note the home study will not have CLE accreditation.

CBA-CLE is committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation in its services, programs, and employment. To request an accommodation please contact [email protected] at least 14 business days in advance.

[BM1]I would make a note somewhere in the description that the home study is not submitted for accreditation to warn people who are expecting that.
