Colorado Supreme Court Well-Being Recognition Program
In the quest to improve the culture of well-being in a modern legal profession, it can be easy to forget that “wellness” is a cultural construct informed by the values, goals, and ideals of the dominant culture(s) of the profession. This construct, upheld by well-meaning champions of health and well-being through dizzying institutional narratives, leave many legal employers feeling overwhelmed and underprepared in their work to support lawyers and staff in living their best professional lives. This panel will discuss the legal profession’s cultural constructs of wellness, challenge the narratives that keep legal employers stuck, and share practical ways to shape your organization’s well-being values and goals, thereby bringing the concept of wellness back to earth for your organization.

Home studies will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.
