The 2008 Fall Workers' Compensation Update is a program both new and experienced workers' compensation law attorneys will not want to miss!

The first topic segment is an update directly from the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation.  Find out about new legislation and new proposed rulemakings.  Be prepared when the changes go into effect!  Also, learn about how workers' compensation case settlement agreements should be drafted, including what can and can't be included in the agreement.

The second topic segment is the always popular case law and ICAP update.  Get up to speed fast as our experts take you through the most important of the recent decisions addressing workers' compensation issues.  The morning concludes with a look at legal ethics for the workers' compensation attorney.

After a complimentary lunch at the hotel, you will enjoy three practical and valuable afternoon topics: A review and update on Medicare set-asides; an informative segment on shoulder conditions and their treatments; and, a critical update on the changes to Colorado's apportionment rules.
