An idiopathic condition is an area that will continue to be litigated, because they do not fall clearly within the definition of workers' compensation. Listed to a discussion of this area from both the claimant's and respondent's perspective.
Federal Judge Kristen Mix will bring you a fascinating discussion on the discovery of social media, including evidentiary issues, practice tips and much more.
This year's program offers TWO medical topics: one on independent medical examinations and one on cumulative trauma guidelines.
Don't miss Judge DeMarino's ethics blockbuster! He is going to talk about the recent Colorado Supreme Court C.A.R.
