Program Description:
This Spring's Workers' Compensation program has something for you!
Everyone has to stay up to date on the new cases that have come down from the Industrial Claim Appeals Office, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Supreme Court. At this program, you'll get analyses of the new cases, from both the claimant's and respondent's perspectives. In your evaluations from the Fall Update, you asked for more information on Medicare set asides: attend to hear recent trends in CMS approval decisions and updates/changes to the MSA approval process and the conditional payment search process. Join the debate on the strengths and weaknesses of the Analytical FCE Test versus the Matheson FCE Test. Hear a physician give an easy-to-understand explanation of the use of facet injections in workers' compensation cases. You'll also get five technological tricks for the 21st-century workers compensation office. And we all need those ethics credits.
Don't miss it!
