The Role of the Engineer in Colorado Water Law - In Person
Water law depends on sound engineering. This program explores how technical experts contribute to legal arguments in cases involving historic consumptive use, groundwater flow, conditional rights, and exchanges. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of the analyses behind expert testimony and how engineering models support legal outcomes. Designed for both attorneys and technical professionals, this program offers practical insight into the collaboration between law and science in Colorado water proceedings.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
