This panel will begin with an overview of the current law related to appropriative rights of exchange and water exchange projects, including an overview of the Division of Water Resources’ recent Written Instruction. The panelists will then offer their legal and technical perspectives on water exchange projects. There will be time for open discussion, and questions and answers.
