Wrongful Death Law in Colorado - The Fundamentals

Program Description:

The purpose of this seminar and the accompanying book, "Handbook of Colorado Wrongful Death Law, Third Edition," is to furnish the practitioner with a fundamental review of Colorado's wrongful death law. The faculty will address key aspects of wrongful death cases and the statutes. The book provides additional information regarding not only the current state of the law, but examines its historical development as well. Where appropriate, the faculty provide critical analysis of major court decisions and identifies questions that remain unanswered. To put legal issues in the proper context, the book contains factual summaries of important cases. This seminar and book should equip the practitioner to address most legal issues likely to arise in the handling of a wrongful death case in Colorado.

Every attendee receives a copy of the newly released updated edition of “Handbook of Colorado Wrongful Death Law, 3rd Edition” by Gregory R. Giometti!
