Daniel A. Sweetser, Esq., has been practicing law in Colorado since 1986. His solo practice ranges from multi-million dollar business transactions to small county court litigation. He played an integral part in the development of both Coors Field and Invesco Field at Mile High, handling real estate and finance matters relative to those projects. Mr. Sweetser has handled commercial leasing in the downtown Denver market and has handled and closed numerous multi-million dollar real estate purchase and sale transactions in Colorado. Mr. Sweetser has worked court and jury trials in Colorado State District and County Courts and in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He has also practiced in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado and argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Sweetser also took a brief hiatus from private practice to assist one of his clients, serving as Chief Operating Officer of the company.
