Navigating the New DUI Laws

Program Description
This presentation will focus on the new DUI laws that will go into effect on January 1, 2014. Included are the new THC presumptive limits and revised driver's license revocation rules, such as early reinstatement for refusal and multiple offender cases, the new persistent drunk driver limits, ignition interlock requirements, and the retroactive application to current cases. Sample reinstatement letters and forms for practical use by judges and lawyers will be distributed.
