Samera Habib, Esq., joined Robinson and Henry, P.C., in 2011, a small law firm based out of Castle Rock, Colorado. The firm did not have a family law division or any litigation to speak of. Within a couple of years, Samera was able to grow and develop the family law division so that it became the largest division in the firm, employing a total of six attorneys. With family law producing a solid income for the firm, the firm grew and expanded, eventually opening a second branch in Denver which Samera helped set up and managed. She trained and supervised associates and managed HR issues across the firm, including quality/ practice improvement. The firm grew from three attorneys to more than fifteen within four years.

Subsequently, Samera spent half a year at Gutterman Griffiths, P.C. trying to learn the inner-workings of an exclusively Family Law specialty firm. She has been on her own since March 1, 2016 and is doing very well. The firm recently purchased office space in the downtown Denver area near the Denver Courthouse. Samera has a full time paralegal, a contract paralegal, a law clerk, and is currently looking for a full time associate.
