Anatomy of a DUI Case - What to Do When Your Get the Call
Program Description:
At some point in most of our careers, we will get a call from a client who needs help immediately after being arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). When this valued client calls for assistance, the immediate advice we give may have long-term consequences to the outcome of the case and our client's ability to drive.
This presentation by award-winning DUI defense attorney Jay Tiftickjian is geared toward attorneys who do not have extensive experience in criminal defense. Tiftickjian will also discuss attorney regulation implications of a DUI arrest, and what motorists should and should not do in Colorado if stopped for suspicion of drunk driving.
