The Delta Model for Lawyer Competency - Webinar

A special follow-up presentation for attendees of the 2020 Virtual Solo-Small Firm Institute!

The COVID-19 pandemic will forever be synonymous with change for the legal profession. Whether we liked it or not, most (all?) of us were forced out of our comfortable (if not necessarily ideal) status quo in order to simply function, much less thrive. As we move closer to some return to “normal,” what will you take away as the “silver linings” of the pandemic? And how can you leverage them to set yourself up to truly thrive, even before the pandemic ends?

Cat Moon, Director of Innovation Design at Vanderbilt Law School, will offer the Delta Model for Lawyer Competency as a proactive framework anyone can use to create a plan for professional growth. Starting with epiphanies and learnings we can take from the time of COVID-19, Professor Moon will offer research-based tools and methods for you to use now and throughout your professional journey to design a proactive, intentional, and agile plan for thriving in the law. What better way to start 2021, but by enjoying a big glass of lemonade from all the lemons we gathered in 2020?

This live presentation is available exclusively for a limited number of 2020 Virtual Solo-Small Firm Institute attendees. Call 303-860-0608 or email [email protected] to register.

If special accommodations are needed, please contact us at [email protected]. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled program.
