Program Description
 
The 2014 Supreme Court term will force the Supreme Court to confront a number of issues of broad public concern; the Court will likely decide cases dealing with the Affordable Care Act, marriage equality, and the limits of religious freedom. The panel will discuss these cases as well as the important criminal procedure, election law, and free speech issues on the Court's docket this term.
