Program Description
This HOA “Hot Topics” program will help you and your association clients remain cool, even when things heat up in the communities you represent. You will learn how to assist your HOA clients address common issues that so often give rise to disputes. You will hear critical case law developments, new legislation concerning association records, and how today’s social media and new technology shape and impact community association practices. You will also hear about traditional “dirt” law issues related to common element taxes and title matters and gain insight into reasonable accommodations under the fair housing laws that apply to HOAs.
