Real Estate Fall Update - When Other Practice Areas Intersect with Real Estate - In-Person

Real estate  practice frequently overlaps with other areas of law. From the intersection with family law, tax law, bankruptcy law, water law, and more, real estate attorneys must develop a large breadth of knowledge outside of  real property transactions. Hear experienced practitioners describe common issues that arise in the real estate realm,  and learn when to consult an expert to avoid straying too far from what you know. This program is essential to any real estate practitioner wanting to learn how to approach situations where a seemingly standard transaction suddenly collides with another area of law. Join us in-person at the CBA-CLE classroom or from the comfort of your home or office.

• Learn how to handle the inevitable intersection of real estate practice with other legal fields
• Hear from skilled practitioners from a variety of legal areas
• Know when to consult an expert or outside counsel

Home studies will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.

For your own safety, the safety of others, and in an effort to provide everyone with the most rewarding in-person meeting and event experiences possible, we request that you attend this event only if you have been fully vaccinated. All attendees must wear masks for indoor events.
