Program Description:

If your clients have purchased a condominium, townhouse or other type of property in a planned development or subdivision, chances are they are obligated to join that community's homeowners' association (HOA) and pay monthly or annual HOA fees for the upkeep of common areas and the building. If you represent, or are considering representing, clients who own these types of properties, there are many facets you should be aware of - how do homeowners' associations work, and what are the rules and regulations if something goes wrong?  This seminar  provides not only an overview of common interest communities, but also the details of collection actions, covenant enforcement, transparency and governance, and much more.
