Mr. Carpenter is a partner at Carpenter & Klatskin PC, in Denver. This is the 35th year that Mr. Carpenter has taught this course. He is a frequent lecturer in continuing legal education programs. He is a past president of the Denver Bar Association, and has previously chaired the Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Association.
