A 23-Year Tradition of Excellence . . .
The 23rd Annual Real Estate Symposium promises to continue the tradition as the premier continuing legal education event in Colorado for real estate practitioners. This year the Symposium will combine outstanding presentations by the state’s most knowledgeable practitioners with social events designed to provide the opportunity to mingle with colleagues of the real estate community. The Symposium is excited to stage this year’s events at Snowmass. The
Snowmass Convention Center, in combination with the Silvertree Hotel, guarantees outstanding lodging accommodations with spacious and comfortable meeting facilities. Be sure to take advantage of the great room rates which the Symposium has procured to make this educational experience into an enjoyable mini-vacation. Thanks to our partnership with our Sponsors, the Symposium is a
tremendous value. The traditional Thursday Night wine and cheese tasting party promises to be a special event staged in conjunction with the Snowmass Summer Concert Series. The town of Snowmass is equally excited to host the Symposium and has a lineup of great after-meeting events from golf, tennis, fly fishing on private waters, hiking, biking and horseback riding.

Work and Play with the Best of the Colorado Real Estate Bar
It continues to be the goal of the Symposium to reinforce the collegiality of the real estate community while providing timely topics for the real estate law practitioner and other real estate professionals. This year’s faculty will provide insight on such timely issues as beneficiary deeds, the new tax rules for conservation easements, custom home contracts, deed warranty traps, the use and misuse of letters of intent, avoiding boundary disputes, public road issues in a land acquisition, new twists on loan documents, a title insurance overview from a true master - along with those annual essentials, a review of legislation and Colorado case law. And finally, to ensure all your annual CLE credit requirements have been satisfied, the program will feature an ethics workshop conducted by a national expert and former disciplinary judge. And above all, you will have the company of 400+ colleagues.

We learn from each other, we develop a lifetime supply of contacts, and have a great time at the various social functions. All in beautiful Snowmass.

Great Social Events for You and Your Family
Enjoyable social events have been planned to give you the opportunity to visit with colleagues you may only see at the Symposium, or just to relax with your family. We hope to see all of the familiar faces, and many new ones too. Join us in Snowmass Village for a delightful and stimulating weekend! Register today!
