40th Annual Real Estate Symposium - In-Person

Like a fine wine, the 40th Annual Real Estate Symposium gets better with age, and with 2022 innovation, you can attend in person or virtually! This annual event offers the most up-to-date information to stay ahead of everything in the fast-paced real estate world. It is a unique opportunity to talk about the most critical issues you face with some of the industry's most experienced and insightful people.

Real Estate Credits:
The in-person course has been submitted for 14 hours of credit for real estate continuing education requirements under CRS ยง 12-61-110.5(3). The webinar course is NOT ELIGIBLE for real estate continuing education credits.

CBA-CLE has reserved a block of rooms for attendees. Room rates start at 215.00 plus applicable taxes and fees. Make your reservation online (https://book.passkey.com/go/RealEstateSymposium2022), or call the hotel (970) 476-4444 and mention that you are part of the CBA-CLE Real Estate Symposium. Based on availability, rooms are being held at the conference rate until June 29, 2022.  
 
All reservations will require a credit card guarantee, and a deposit equal to one night of lodging is due at time of booking. The balance is due at check-in. Reservations cancelled after June 29, 2022 will forfeit the deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Resort fee excluded for guests in our room block, but complimentary internet will be provided in guests rooms. Guest may opt to purchase a discounted resort fee ($20/day) at check in. Valet fee is $20/night per vehicle.  
 
   
Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend, please notify CBA-CLE by July 6, 2022, and we will gladly refund your tuition in full or apply your tuition to the webinar or home study. Cancellations after July 6, 2022, will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee.

Home studies will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.
