It was another busy year at the legislature for HOAs. This program will cover the key legislation affecting common interest communities. Come learn what Associations need to do to be in compliance. Topics will include:
- Debt collection practice
- Manager and management company licensing
- Xeriscaping and water restrictions
- Access to electric vehicle charging stations
- Registration requirements for HOAs through DORA
