Amy Hansen is a shareholder with the law firm of Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti.  She is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and the Chair of its Public Relations and Marketing Committee. Amy's practice concentrates on real estate law.  She assists clients with a variety of real estate projects, ranging from acquisitions and dispositions to development and leasing to complex development work, including resort development.  Amy represents developers of condominiums and master planned community developers in preparing the governing documents for such communities, as well as representing land developers in their land sales activities.  In connection with her development work, Amy often advises clients on issues related to the Interstate Land Sales Act, including exemptions and registration issues, and on issues related to use of special districts to finance infrastructure improvements. Amy frequently speaks regarding development issues, including the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) and condominium hotels and resort development, at the local, state and national level, and has authored articles that have been published in state and national publications. Amy graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science in 1995 and from the University of Kansas Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1998.  She is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Missouri and Kansas.  She was named one of the Denver Business Journal's “40 Under 40” in 2007.  Amy is a former board member and President of Community Alternatives, Inc. (“CAI”), a Denver based non-profit that provided victim-offender mediation and restorative justice services throughout the metropolitan area.  She has participated in 50 for Colorado, is a participant in Legacy Denver, is a member of CREW Denver and is co-chair of this year's CREW Women of Influence awards luncheon.
 
 
Jennifer Warnken

Jennifer Warnken is an associate with the law firm of Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti.  She joined the firm in 2003 and practices with the real estate group, with an emphasis on common interest community development.  Jennifer's work has touched on everything from small-scale residential planned communities to large-scale mixed-use condominium projects in Denver and throughout the state.  Her practice also involves real estate transactional and land use work, as well as public utility regulatory work and litigation. After graduating from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Gregory J. Hobbs, Jr., of the Colorado Supreme Court.  Before joining Otten Johnson, Jennifer worked as an Assistant Attorney General advising Colorado's Public Utilities Commission.
