Program Description:
This panel presentation is intended to be a necessary first step to keep transactions moving in Colorado. The goal is to provide this information as broadly as possible to give webcast participants direction on how to efficiently gain additional resources when you need it.

The Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section approved a COVID-19 Addendum form for use by real estate brokers, attorneys and parties to pending real estate transactions in response to concerns about COVID-19 quarantine shutdowns causing delays in contract deadlines.
