Program Description:
In 2011, Colorado had among the 10 highest foreclosure rates in the nation, according to a report from RealtyTrac Inc., and an increase is expected in 2012. With such a high foreclosure rate and an uncertain timeline for economic recovery, it is likely the foreclosure process will affect your practice.
The foreclosure process in Colorado is unique compared to other states, so it is vital that you know how our State's process is different.
Attend this Seminar to learn Colorado's public trustee foreclosure process from start to finish, along with how to deal with nuances such as bankruptcy, tax liens and deferment. Also participate in discussions on the due process requirements of C.R.C.P. 120, judicial foreclosures, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure and workouts.
