Commercial Real Estate Transactions: The Fundamentals

March 2008

Commercial Real Estate Transactions: The Fundamentals

 Program Description

You spoke and Colorado Bar Association CLE listened!

Our May 2007 CLE program, Real Estate Transactions:  Purchase and Sale Fundamentals, was a tremendous success.  Thanks to all who attended!

At the conclusion of that program, many attendees suggested that the natural “sequel” would be a program focused exclusively on the fundamentals of commercial real estate transactions.

Your wish is our command!  Commercial Real Estate Transactions:  The Fundamentals is here for 2008!

This program picks up where the May 2007 program left off.  After an introduction to the unique aspects of commercial real estate transactions that distinguish them from residential transactions, we will devote a  full one hour and 20 minutes to digging into the details of a typical purchase and sale transaction for commercial real estate.

The third segment in our program provides practical advice on commercial real estate transaction financing and how that area of the law is changing in response to changes in our economy.

Our program concludes with a review of a commercial real estate purchase and sale due diligence issues checklist.  Our experienced instructor will make sure that you cover all of the bases in your due diligence, including lending, title, and property location issues!

If you are involved in Colorado's commercial real estate industry, you won't want to miss this informative program.  Mark your calendar today!
