Program Description

Build a Foundation in Community Association Law

In 1970, the United States had 10,000 community associations with 2.1 million residents. Today, we have 309,600 communities with 62 million residents.*

And here in Colorado, explosive growth has made association living a popular-and often unavoidable-living arrangement.

Now is a great time to invest in your practice by developing your knowledge and skills in an area of law that touches so many lives across the state.

This program, taught mostly by lawyers who exclusively focus their practices on community association law, will lay a foundation for your community association practice, acquaint you with association-specific laws, identify and address common issues, and steer your practice in the right direction.
