The Fundamental Course & Texts in Colorado Real Estate!
***We have just been informed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission that in order for Colorado real estate brokers to receive continuing education credit for Colorado Real Estate Practice 2017 the following criteria must be met:
1)Real estate brokers must attend the live version of the class. Webcast participants cannot claim credit.
2)Real estate brokers must attend all 13 sessions. A missed session, or missing part of a session, will mean that the real estate broker cannot claim any credit for the any of the classes attended.***
Program Description:
Colorado Real Estate Practice is the seminal course for beginning real estate practitioners in Colorado. The course is tailored for practitioners unfamiliar with real estate law, including recent bar admittees, real estate professionals, paralegals, and experienced practitioners seeking a refresher.

Live Webcast Information
The Colorado Real Estate Practice Course will be available each week as a webcast. Materials will be shipped to you before the start of the program. You will receive an e-mail with connection details approximately two weeks before the program — please include your e-mail address on the registration form.
PLEASE NOTE: Registrants who wish to participate via live webcast must have access to a high-speed internet connection and an e-mail address on file to receive important instructions. PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase the books in PRINT format, your registration must be received by January 24 in order to receive the course books before the start of the class. Additional shipping fees will apply for registration after 01/24/17 if rush shipping is requested and you are unable to pick up the books at our office.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations and refunds for this class may not be accepted after the start dates of the seminar and receipt of the Course Books. Cancellations with request of refund must be submitted in writing to CBA-CLE to Lori Krupske at [email protected] and any course materials already received must be returned in their original condition.
