Program Description:  
 
Mobile home evictions are a unique type of forcible entry and detainer action, since typically the mobile home is property of the owner/tenant but the underlying land belongs to the mobile home park. Learn the differences between mobile home FED actions and typical lessor-lessee FED actions.  
 
About the Speakers:
 
 
Alex Witteveld is a staff attorney with Colorado Legal Services in Fort Collins. He has worked at Colorado Legal Services for over five years representing tenants in public and private housing eviction disputes. Outside of work he likes to play basketball and ride his bike.
 
Karin M. Troendle is a staff attorney with Colorado Legal Services in Greeley, Colorado. She has worked at Colorado Legal Services for over 20 years, and currently represents tenants in public and private housing disputes and in mobile home disputes. Outside of work, she is a stone sculptor and shows horses.
