Program Description:
Colorado Real Estate Practice is the seminal course for beginning real estate practitioners in Colorado. The course is tailored for practitioners unfamiliar with real estate law, including recent bar admittees, real estate professionals, paralegals, and experienced practitioners seeking a refresher. Colorado Real Estate Practice (2018) — a two-volume set with practice tips, discussion of relevant statutes and case law, sample forms, and checklists
Colorado Title Insurance Practice (2018) — a two-volume set including title examination, policies, and endorsements
Credits:
CLE: Credits: Submitted for 20 General CLE Credits, Including 1.5 Ethics Credits
Real Estate Credits: The Colorado Real Estate Practice Course will be submitted for 20 hours of credit for real estate continuing education requirements under CRS ยง 12-61-110.5(3).

- PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase Colorado Real Estate Practice (2018) and Colorado Title Insurance Practice (2018) in PRINT format, your registration must be received by December 26, 2017 in order to receive the course books before the start of the class.
- Additional shipping fees will apply for registration after 12/26/17 if rush shipping is requested and you are unable to pick up the books at our office.
