Program Description:

In the 1970s, a group of estate planning attorneys compiled several frequently used forms into what was then called The Orange Book. Having evolved through the years, it is now the go-to book for Trust & Estate attorneys in Colorado. The Eighth Edition of Orange Book Forms was reorganized into chapters that follow the estate-planning process from client intake through ancillary documents, making it even more user friendly. All participants will receive an electronic PDF e-Book copy of the new edition of Orange Book Forms. Members of the CBA Trust & Estate Section’s Estate Planning Forms Committee will discuss how you can use the various forms in your day-to-day practice. Don’t miss this informative program!
