Program Description:
A discussion of the estate planning issues and problems that arise in planning for farms and ranches. The program assumes that the you have an understanding of estate planning and the strategies that are employed in taxable and non-taxable estate plans, including trusts and entities and the US Estate Tax.
The scope of this outline is limited to smaller farms and family farms. Large corporate farms are subject to different tax rules.

MEET YOUR PRESENTERS
Eugene Zuspann, II, Esq., practices in Denver, Colorado, and Goodland, Kansas, in the areas of tax and estate planning and estate administration. In addition to being an attorney, he has a graduate degree in Taxation from the University of Denver, and is admitted to the bars of Kansas and Colorado. Gene is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Trust and Estate Section and Tax Section of the Colorado Bar Association.ion, and the Trust and Estate Section and Tax Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
