MEET YOUR PRESENTER
Spencer Crona, Esq., practices principally in the areas of probate, estate and trust litigation, conservatorships and guardianships, probate review of personal injury settlements and estate administration. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Crona has published numerous articles in professional journals and news media on probate litigation, personal-injury settlement planning and a variety of public-policy issues. He has participated in the drafting of numerous Colorado probate statutes, including statutory provisions for the Colorado Uniform Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Act, estate compensation of professionals and determinations of death in a mass-casualty incident. For the past 10 years, he has taught every year as invited faculty at professional seminars within his fields of practice. Spencer is past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Trust and Estate Section.
