Estate Planning Essentials: Charitable Giving - Webinar
Some clients are passionate about a social issue and want to support organizations that further their charitable goals. Other clients simply want a tax deduction. Either way, there is a myriad of ways to make a charitable gift, each with its own unique tax characteristics and potential pitfalls. The estate planner will need to be well versed in these rules to help guide the client to the best result. This presentation will give an overview of the income, gift, and estate tax charitable deductions and planning tips for both lifetime and testamentary charitable gifts.
