Fall 2024 Trust and Estate Case Law and Legislative Update - Webinar
Scott Challinor of Conover Law will present a detailed update on recent case law and legislation relevant to your trust and estate practice. Topics will include: inter vivos gifts of vehicles; interpreting precatory language in a trust; post-trial motions and magistrates; terminating revocable trusts during lifetime; and, settlement agreements and expectancy interests. Additionally, Scott will provide an update regarding relevant legislation from the 2024 legislative session, including the Uniform Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Other Protective Arrangements Act, which is anticipated to make a comeback in 2025.
