Trust & Estate Section CLE Luncheon Series
News from Lake Woesbegun OR The Good, the Bad and the Ugly -
Reviewing Issues and Cases Before the Presiding Disciplinary Judge (PDJ) and of Interest to Probate Litigators, Estate Planning Lawyers, Fiduciary Advisors, and Other Elder Law Practitioners
Co-sponsored by the CBA Trust & Estate Section
Program Description:
Presiding Disciplinary Judge William Lucero has graciously agreed to join Roving Guitarist and Occasional Seminarist David Struthers, J.D., as co-presenter in this month's Trust and Estate lunch. For those of you who don't eagerly skip right to the back of your new Colorado Lawyer each month to devour the PDJ opinions, this luncheon event is a must. We'll review and highlight cases from the genre highlighted in the title. This presentation, along with Judge Lucero's discussion about the workings of the PDJ and Attorney Regulation Counsel (ARC), may help you avoid the dreaded call to your malpractice carrier or from ARC! After the Struthers Signature Ending Song (SSED), you'll definitely have an opinion about whether or not there is an epidemic of ignorance and conduct violating our Rules of Professional Conduct.
Don't miss it!
