Program Description
When a potential heir or other person with standing believes that a will admitted to probate in Colorado was improper in some fashion, he or she can “contest” the will under Colorado's probate laws. Typical grounds for challenging a will include evidence that the testator lacked “testamentary capacity” or was unduly influenced by a third party.
