2023 Probate Rules and Forms Changes - Webinar
This CLE will identify and explain the revisions to the Probate Rules and Forms adopted by the Colorado Supreme Court in 2023. The program will address the rule change process with the Supreme Court and will also identify provisions of certain forms that are often completed incorrectly by practitioners, as reported to the Probate Rules Committee by court staff.
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information 24-48 hours before the program.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
