Estate Administration Basic Skills

March 2005

Co-sponsored by the Trust & Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, Estate Administration Basic Skills is a fundamental program designed for new attorneys or attorneys unfamiliar with the Colorado Probate process.  The morning and early afternoon sessions will cover topics including: the basics of opening an estate, ethics, real estate and tax matters, and closing estates; and will provide time for you to direct specific questions to the faculty.  The final afternoon session invites local probate registrars to participate in a discussion about common filing mistakes.  You won't want to miss this informative program!
