Reservations for pre and post stays must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Children under 4 years of age are free. Children between 4 and 17 years when sharing room with parents are $54.00 USD per child per night.

- Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa credit card valid up to date of departure.  
- Only one credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.
- Reservation will be charged with one night amount of the total stay at time of booking.
- Cancellations must be received at least one week prior to arrival or entire stay will be charged.
- Individuals are responsible for room and incidental charges. A credit card imprint will be taken upon arrival, full payment of individual guest accounts prior departure. The Hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, traveler's checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel.

Tax Deduction: An income tax deduction may be allowed for educational expenses, including registration, travel, meals, and lodging, if they improve or maintain professional skills in accordance with the limitations and requirements of the Internal Revenue Code. 
 
 
Cancellation policy
 
CBA-CLE:  
If you are unable to attend, please notify CBA/CLE by December 10, 2010 and we will gladly refund your tuition less a $100 cancellation fee.
 
MOON PALACE RESORT & SPA:
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.
 
Hotel Cancellations
- Cancellations received from date of booking to 45 days prior to arrival will be charged a penalty fee of $50.00 per person.
- Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival a one night deposit charge will apply.
- A refund will not proceed when a reduction of persons per room is made directly onsite.
