Franke, Esq., Shareholder, Polsinelli PC, has 30 years of experience advising owners and developers of commercial real estate and affordable housing.Paul also advises banks and other financial institutions in the documentation and closing of commercial real estate loans and in the work out and disposition of distressed real estate loans. He currently serves as Board Chairman of Unison Housing Partners (Adams County Housing Authority), is actively engaged on the local and national level on behalf of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks, and is a frequent lecturer on real estate, affordable housing, financing and construction related topics.
