Examples of his practice, which cover the broad spectrum of federal taxation, include the following:
- Structuring and negotiating tax aspects for real estate funds, equity funds, and a wide variety of joint ventures, partnerships, and LLCs
- Negotiating entrepreneurial-minded clients through "choice of entity" decisions, enterprise growth matters, and exit considerations
- Assisting with capital raising and incentivizing talent for growing companies (with a focus in the technology and life sciences sectors)
- Providing tax counsel for tax-free and taxable acquisitions
