M&A Breakfast Series: The M&A World in 2020 and 2021 - Webinar
Your panel of Denver investment bankers is back to share their thoughts on what they expected to see in the M&A world in 2020, and what they anticipate for 2021, with a particular focus on the construction and food industries. The panel will provide insights into the M&A market, developments in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions, arising legal issues, and what strategic and financial buyers want from their attorneys.
