Disaster Avoidance and Recovery Planning - Webinar

Clients expect you to protect their interests and their data. Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1 (competence), 1.6 (confidentiality of information), 5.1 (managing subordinate attorneys), and 5.3 (managing non-lawyer assistants), along with their respective comments, obligate you and your staff to do so. Losing client data can cripple your firm and lead to malpractice claims, among other unpleasant things. This webinar will describe the elements your disaster avoidance and recovery plan require and lay out the options for satisfying them. From creating backup rules to establishing responsibilities in your office, learn all the steps and technology you need to build a rock-solid system that will keep you up and running or permit a quick recovery from worst-case scenarios.
